The 5th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV2011) will take place in Tallinn, Estonia during 26-28 September 2011. The conference will bring together practitioners, developers and researchers from government, academia, industry and non-governmental organizations to share the latest findings in the theory and practice of Electronic Governance.
The ICEGOV2011 Program Committee invites submissions of unpublished, original work - completed or ongoing - in the form of papers, case studies, demonstrations and posters.
