The seminar brings together representatives of civil society from new and current member states, the European Commission, Estonian and Finnish Foreign Ministries as well as parliamentarians. The participants will tackle the following questions:

- How does the EU enlargement influence the Union's development cooperation policies?

- Which obligations and opportunities does participation in EU's development co-operation bring along for the Estonian state and society?
