The „Humanitarian Dimension“ of Russian Foreign Policy Toward Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Baltic States

Last week, the International Centre for Defence Studies (Estonia) presented their new book titled The ‘Humanitarian Dimension’ of Russian Foreign Policy Toward Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and the Baltic States. The book is a collection of research results based on six countries and the first attempt to analyse the so-called ‘humanitarian dimension’ of Russian foreign policy and its implementation in these countries.

The research project was coordinated by the Centre for East European Policy Studies (Latvia) and carried out with the participation of the Centre for Geopolitical Studies (Lithuania), the School for Policy Analysis at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine), the Foreign Policy Association of Moldova (Moldova), the International Centre for Geopolitical Studies (Georgia) and the International Centre for Defence Studies (Estonia).

The project was implemented with the support of National Endowment for Democracy (USA), Open Estonian Foundation and Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Latvia).
