USA Premier of Kalinovski Square at Silverdocs Festival

We are thrilled to welcome you to SILVERDOCS: AFI/Discovery Channel Documentary Festival this June where the film Kalinovski Square is included in festival lineup as an “official selection”. The film was supported by Open Estonia Foundation.

Silverdocas received nearly 2,000 submissions, from all over the globe, making this year by far the most competitive in festival history.  It is held each June just outside Washington, DC and has been hailed as the ‘pre-eminent US documentary festival’ (Screen International), and was recently cited as Variety's top ten "interesting and exciting" festivals today. Created through a unique alliance between the American Film Institute – a national institute providing leadership in screen education and the recognition and celebration of excellence in the art of film, television and digital media – and Discovery Communications – the leading global real-world media company with operations in 170 countries and territories reaching 1.4 billion cumulative subscribers.

The Festival takes place June 16-23 in Silver Spring, Maryland, just minutes from downtown Washington, D.C. Films will be screened at the AFI Silver Theatre & Cultural Center, the Round House Theatre, and Discovery HD Theatre – all located within a block of each other.

KALINOVSKI SQUARE has been selected for Silver Spectrum section. It is scheduled to play on:
