The „Humanitarian Dimension“ of Russian Foreign Policy Toward Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Baltic States
Last week, the International Centre for Defence Studies (Estonia) presented their new book titled The ‘Humanitarian Dimension’ of Russian Foreign Policy Toward Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and the Baltic States. The book is a collection of research results based on six countries and the first attempt to analyse the so-called ‘humanitarian dimension’ of Russian foreign policy and its implementation in these countries.
